At Lingua Academy, quality and customized academic education is a top priority and is delivered through a proven natural, Enter-TrainingSM approach, involving activities such as Socratic dialogs, seminar discussions, project-based assessments and hands-on experiential activities to name a few. Tutoring Club
Lingua Academy's Club Camp provides support for homework, projects and studying for tests and quizzes from their local school in a FUN and safe environment!

Campers are part of mixed-age groups. They may engage in a variety of clubs throughout the week such as Spanish, sports, arts, chess, horseback riding lessons and much more.

Campers will engage in their school assignments provided by their school teachers and receive in support from our Lingua Academy tutors.

The greatest benefit of a small, efficient program is that support in a campers education can be tailored to each child's specific needs. Tutors are able to nurture children individually, each at their own paced and follow academic goals set forth by their school teachers.

What is a Micro-school?
Microschools are called “micro” because they’re small. Students are part of a mixed-age class rather than split into different grades. They are the result of rethinking the traditional educational model to better prepare children for the future. They are small, private institutions where students are empowered to personalize their own educations and are held accountable for their own progress. Often described as "outsourced homeschooling," they are free from the bureaucracy, standardized tests, homework, and mandatory curriculum that defines today's public school system.

Similar to the concept of Montessori, which take a hands-on approach to learning, the Lingua concept provides a student-centered environment where the children have ownership of their lessons and are guided in the educational process to attain mastery utilizing their innate abilities and interests. However, unlike the Montessori method, which was created over 100 years ago, Lingua takes experiential learning into the 21st century by providing children with the life skills, technology and innovation opportunities they need to become the leaders of the future.
CUSTOMIZED Tutoring
Tutoring Club
Our English Immersion Winter Camp includes interactive, hands-on language class, where campers engage in language acquisition through vocabulary and conversation. Lessons are infused with various camp electives where campers learn language through enriching, physical and artistic projects enabling them to enhance their creativity.
Our Winter Camp allows for three schedule options. Part or full time; part-time 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM or part-time 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM.

Their mornings are fully engaged in language learning. Their afternoons are experiential, learning English through activities and FUN!
Campers really enjoy their outdoors/sports period. Outdoor activities give campers the opportunity to try out thrilling nature driven and camping activities such as horseback riding, fishing, archery and much more.

An all time camper favorite, sports. Campers become competitive athletes while improving their team and leadership skills; basketball, volleyball, soccer, flag football, dodgeball, kickball, water days, etc.
All activities throughout their day/week are performed in English with the sole purpose of immersing campers into an all English environment, hence learning and improving their second language skills.
